Lydia Wait began their career in 2012 as a Dietary Aide at Allegiance Health. In 2014, they took on the role of Sales and Marketing Intern at DiaMedical USA. Lydia then moved to Synergy Surgical Products, LLC in 2015, where they worked as a Sales Representative until 2022. Currently, they are an Area Sales Manager at Biorez.

Lydia Wait attended Michigan State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a Communications Focus.
