Biorizon Consulting is a boutique life science strategy and advisory firm based in Singapore, operating globally across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States.
We work at the intersection of innovation, expertise, and capital — advising investors and founders on scientific strategy, investment diligence, and early clinical decision-making across biotech, MedTech, and HealthTech.
Our work helps investors navigate scientific and clinical risk, identify high-quality innovation, and shape value-creation strategies. In parallel, we support select ventures in translating complex science into credible, investable development pathways.

What we do:

Biorizon Insight – Scientific and clinical diligence, startup scouting, and market intelligence for VCs, family offices, and corporates across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the U.S.

Biorizon Elevate – Life science strategy, preclinical and early clinical planning, and investor readiness for ventures advancing toward institutional capital.
Grounded in deep scientific expertise and strategic perspective, we accelerate innovation, de-risk investment decisions, and connect life science ecosystems across global markets.

Biorizon Consulting — where innovation meets expertise.
