At BioScience & Soul Wellness, we guide people through the process of deep healing—so they can reclaim their vitality, reconnect with themselves, and lead from a place of wholeness.

Rooted in functional health science and informed by lived experience, our approach integrates lab testing, nutritional and lifestyle therapeutics, stress physiology, and trauma-aware coaching. We specialize in helping high-performing women identify the underlying causes of fatigue, burnout, hormonal imbalance, and chronic stress—and create a healing path that is both evidence-based and deeply personal.

Our founder spent decades in the environmental health and corporate sustainability world—thriving professionally while quietly unraveling physically and emotionally. That journey revealed what science is only now catching up to: that burnout, dysregulation, and chronic depletion are not personal failures, but systemic imbalances—biological, psychological, and social—that can be mapped, understood, and healed.

We support our clients in moving beyond survival mode, so they can access clarity, energy, and emotional regulation. Our work isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about listening to the body, working with its signals, and learning to live in a way that honors self, family, and purpose.

We offer:
- Personalized coaching rooted in functional testing and integrative protocols
- Small-group programs designed for reflection, healing, and connection
- Strategic support for organizations seeking to embed wellness into leadership culture

At BioScience & Soul Wellness, we believe science is not separate from the soul. Healing is the work of becoming whole again—so you can show up fully in your life, your leadership, and your legacy.
