Gerry Ball has extensive work experience in the executive search and recruitment industry. Gerry is currently the Founder / Managing Partner of BioScout, where they utilize their 40 years of global executive search experience to support the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Consultancy sectors. BioScout's unique SCOUT system helps employers find top talent in the Global Life Science Supply Chain market. Prior to founding BioScout, Gerry was the Owner of Human Capital Group and the Founder of Orca Search. Gerry also founded Skills Alliance and served as the Founder / MD before joining Orca Search. Gerry started their career in data management before transitioning into the field of recruitment.

Gerry Ball pursued a Masters degree at the University of Leicester from 1993 to 1997. The field of study for this degree is unknown.
