Chris Ridgway

Chris Ridgway is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems management and user support. Currently serving as an IT Manager at Bioscript since January 2019, Chris oversees the IT service management process, ensuring the timely creation, completion, and resolution of support tickets for the entire user base. Prior to this role, Chris gained valuable experience as a Systems Analyst at Cobra Biologics from June 2016 to January 2019, where responsibilities included providing multi-tier hardware and software support across UK office sites and manufacturing facilities in the UK and Sweden, along with remote assistance for users in the Americas. Chris's career started at DHL, where from November 2004 to June 2016, responsibilities included delivering comprehensive support services in accordance with ITIL practices while managing infrastructure for over 200 workstations and multiple servers.
