Matt Acker

Matt Acker is an accomplished Operational Excellence Leader with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They have a diverse background in continuous improvement, having served as a Lean Six Sigma Lead and Project Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions, where they designed and patented a new electromechanical drive system. Currently, as the Continuous Improvement Manager at LGC Biosearch Technologies, Matt continues to drive significant operational savings and improve process efficiencies while coaching all levels of staff in Lean practices. Their prior experience also includes roles at the U.S. Air Force and American Family Insurance, where they implemented Lean transformations across various divisions.
