Nam D. Vo

Mr. Nam D. Vo has over 30 years of growing global executive leadership experiences and board experiences in healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining Biosion, he was CEO and Board Member of ExonanoRNA, LLC, an RNA nanoparticle-based therapeutic biotech firm and before that, CEO and Executive Chairman of, UniteOR, Inc., a venture-backed cloud based surgical management company. Mr. Vo has extensive experiences in corporate strategy, business operations, M&A, VC, and PE investment banking to apply working capital and human capital to building companies, including acquisition deals from $15M to over $3B in enterprise values. He has been an operating advisor to Bancroft, LLC, and operating executive for EDG Partners PE firm. His global corporate experiences include organic and acquisitive growth along with large P&L responsibilities – from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies such as Oracle Corporation, Cardinal Health Inc., and IBM Corporation. He brings both breadth and depth of healthcare and life science business strategy, finance, and operational execution to Biosion’s next phase of global growth.
