Doug Nicholson

Doug Nicholson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Doug started their career in the US Navy, where they served as an Information Systems Manager and later as a Data System Supervisor. In these roles, they managed IT help desk teams, conducted training programs, and ensured the resolution of technical issues.

After their military service, Doug joined the University of Rochester Medical Center as an IT Manager in the Anesthesiology Department. Doug was responsible for managing a team and overseeing the department's budget. Doug also conducted performance appraisals and provided feedback to their subordinates.

In 2018, Doug joined Bio-Optronics as a Technical Project Manager, where they were involved in managing customer risk and providing application expertise. Doug worked closely with clients to develop optimal configurations, workflows, and training materials. Doug also facilitated smooth transitions post go-live.

Currently, Doug is working at BioSked as the General Manager (Americas). In this role, they take ownership of all aspects of customer onboarding, implementation, account management, and support. Doug ensures alignment of internal resources to enhance the customer experience.
