I set up Biosocius in 2015 and MyFuturePlan in 2018 and have since worked with around 800 individuals and 50 organisations. I am currently also running the Leadership Accelerator, which is based on MyFuturePlan, within the Resilience Centre of Excellence.   

Experience

- Member of the BioIndustry Association leadership team for 10 years
- Played a leading role in establishing the profile of Bioprocessing in the UK, resulting in the launch of three new bioprocessing brands (MBI Training @ UCL, bioProcessUK @ BIA, ATAC @ C&GT Catapult)
- Previously elected by members to the BIA Board in 1999 and received inaugural Richard Wilson Impact Award in 2016
