Biospheric AI is an MIT spin-off building geospatial software for energy demand and grid stress forecasting for every building and every line in the world. We provide the foundational data layers needed to right-size more than $100 trillion of energy investment globally by 2050. Our platform leverages proprietary geospatial AI to produce building-level, hourly demand forecasts without requiring sensitive customer data. Instead, we train and calibrate our models on anonymized, aggregated consumption data alongside globally available geospatial inputs, making procurement and partnership approval simpler and faster.

We operate out of the Greentown Labs incubator and are alumni of the MIT Kuo Sharper Fellowship program, Cleantech Open accelerator, and NSF-I Corps program. We are currently participants in the DeltaClimeVT and ACORE accelerators and are developing pilot projects with leading international organizations and utilities.
