Leo Ji has a strong background in the healthcare industry with experience in technology transfer, business development, and project management. leo started their career as an R&D Technician at ACON Laboratories, where they were responsible for product development, raw material screening, and evaluation. Leo then joined bioMérieux as an R&D Manager, where they worked for 12 years. In this role, they led research and development projects. leo later worked as a POCT and Engineering Project Manager at 财树医药研发（上海）有限公司 before joining AliveX Biotech as the IVD Regent Director. Most recently, Leo has been working at BioSystems in technology transfer and business development.
Leo Ji earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology from Nanjing Agricultural University from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a master's degree in bioengineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
