Mar Cedó

Mar Cedó currently serves as the Field Leader of Biochemistry at BioSystems, effective June 2024, focusing on the integration of company processes to deliver reliable biotech analytical solutions aimed at enhancing global health. Prior to this role, Mar Cedó was the CTO at MiMark Diagnostics from July 2023 to September 2024. Mar Cedó also held significant positions at Werfen OEM from November 2010 to November 2022, including R&D Manager and Project Team Leader, where responsibilities included developing high-performance teams and coordinating projects for chemiluminescent immunoassays. From July 1990 to October 2010, Mar Cedó was R&D Manager at Ipsen, overseeing the design and validation of bioanalytical methods, while earlier roles involved managing antibody production and conducting immunology research. Mar Cedó began the professional journey as a Junior Research Scientist at Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge in 1989 after earning a Biology degree from Universitat de Barcelona.
