Product Manager - Food&Beverage at BioSystems

Teslime Tilki has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Teslime started their career as a Crew Member at McDonald's in 2014 and later worked as a Waitress at Boğazköy. In 2015, they interned at Özsüt and then returned to McDonald's as a Crew Member. In 2016, they worked as a Cashier at Pierce's Pitts Barbeque and a Crew Member at McDonald's.

From 2017 to 2019, Tilki held a Sales Support position at Pasabahce and worked as an Engineering Intern at Kaunas University of Technology, gaining experience in the field of food science and technology.

In 2020, they joined BRF as a Production Assistant, where they managed slaughterhouse operations and oversaw production scheduling. Teslime was later promoted to the role of Production Analyst, where they conducted analysis of key performance indicators and prepared presentations for top management.

Most recently, Tilki joined BioSystems in 2022 as a Product Manager - Food & Beverage, further advancing their career in the industry.

Teslime Tilki obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from the University of Gaziantep, where they studied from 2012 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Buca Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Lisesi until 2011, focusing on Fen Bilimleri. In terms of additional certifications, Teslime obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company Turkey in March 2023, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company Turkey in November 2021, and a Kazandıran Müzakere certification from Optimist Akademi in July 2021.
