Ryan Dean

Ryan Dean is an experienced organic chemist who has dedicated over a decade to the synthesis of complex molecules in both manufacturing and academic settings. They served as a Senior Scientist at Pharmaron Radiolabelled Sciences from 2016 to 2024, where they honed skills in synthesizing large radio-labelled molecules, optimizing synthetic pathways, and mentoring new staff. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Market Segment Manager for Drug Discovery and Development EMEA at Biotage, where they drive marketing efforts and develop regional strategies. Ryan earned their PhD and Master's degree in Chemistry from Cardiff University, demonstrating a strong academic background in their field.
