Lawrence Marchman is an experienced sales professional with a diverse background in the healthcare industry. Lawrence has held various roles and responsibilities throughout their career.
Starting in 1992, Marchman worked as a General Manager at Americair - Home Respiratory Care Specialists, where they successfully turned around a previously unprofitable business and achieved significant sales growth.
Lawrence then joined OsteoMed in 1999 as a Territory Manager, where they excelled in developing and maintaining relationships with surgeons and increased sales revenue by 300%.
Marchman continued to advance their career in sales, taking on the role of Territory Manager at SIGVARIS GROUP USA in 2003. During their tenure, they successfully opened new accounts, increased sales by 26%, and achieved a national ranking.
In 2006, Marchman joined Diomed Ltd/Biolitec as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed a team of Territory Managers and achieved exceptional sales performance, surpassing sales quotas and developing key luminaries.
Lawrence then moved on to Bard Electrophysiology in 2008, where they worked as a Territory Manager and achieved outstanding results, including first place in New Capital Products and third place in a Disposable Product Contest.
In 2011, Marchman joined DFINE, Inc. as a Territory Sales Manager. Lawrence played a crucial role in establishing the company by developing new business relationships and training the sales team effectively.
Marchman joined BTG (Interventional Oncology) in 2014 as a Territory Sales Manager, specializing in the treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Renal Cell Carcinoma. Lawrence was later promoted to the position of Regional Manager, where they provided leadership to diverse sales professionals and co-chaired the Sales Advisory Council.
Currently, Marchman holds the position of Area Vice President of Sales at Biote, where they continue to contribute their expertise and drive the sales team to achieve their goals.
