Allison Hung is an experienced researcher and analyst currently serving as an Innovation Fellow at Nucleate and a Venture Analyst at Biotech Connection - Bay Area, Inc. Since August 2020, Allison has been a Graduate Student Researcher in the Molecular & Cell Biology PhD program at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on gut microbial interactions within Adam Arkin's Lab and pursuing a Designated Emphasis in computational biology. Additionally, Allison has experience leading discussion sections as a Graduate Student Instructor, consulting for Berkeley Innovative Solutions Consulting, and conducting research at prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and EPFL. Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Columbia University, as well as a Master of Arts and is on track to earn a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
