Fred W. Ohle

Fred W. Ohle has extensive experience in various finance and executive roles. Fred W. is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Biotechware, where they are responsible for all aspects of the business. Prior to this, they held the position of CFO at Biotechware, where they monitored financial performance and managed budget variances.

Before their tenure at Biotechware, Fred worked at IBM, where they held the position of IBM Europe Cloud & Analytics BU Sales Operations and Enablement Lead. In this role, they worked with senior leadership to prioritize sales strategies and delivered training to drive revenue growth. Fred W. also served as Sales Operations Manager, Software Group IBM Italy, where they managed forecasting and coordinated with finance.

Fred also has experience in other companies such as FileNet, where they worked as a Regional Finance and Business Manager, and Commerce One, where they served as Finance Director for Southern Europe. Fred W. was also a Finance Manager at CA Technologies, where they achieved significant revenue growth. Prior to that, they worked at Waste Management as a Region CFO & Controller.

Throughout their career, Fred has demonstrated strong financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

From 1976 to 1980, Fred W. Ohle attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. Then, from 1982 to 1983, Fred pursued further education and completed their MBA at Miami University - Farmer School of Business, specializing in Accounting and Finance. In October 1986, Fred Ohle obtained their CPA certification from the Accountancy Board Of Ohio.
