Jessica Templer

Jessica Templer has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical laboratory science. Jessica started their career as an Associate Scientist II/Team Lead at GENEWIZ in 2011 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Intern/Trainee at Santa Barbara Cottage Health System. Jessica then moved on to NeoGenomics Laboratories (formerly Genoptix) in 2014 and worked as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist until 2016. Following that, from 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at IGNYTA, Inc. (a Roche Company). Jessica joined Foundation Medicine in 2019 as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Biotheranostics, Inc., A Hologic Company, where they started as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in 2020 and now holds the position of Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist.

Jessica Templer has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Neuroscience and Physiology from UC San Diego. Jessica also holds certifications as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist: Generalist (CLS) from the California Department of Public Health, obtained in October 2014, and as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP-MLS) from ASCP, obtained in September 2014.
