Biotic Ferments is a social purpose corporation and certified B Corp. Our mission is to regenerate living systems, starting with the human microbiome. We believe that supporting healthy humans is foundational to bringing forth the collective problem-solving capacity to address the social and environmental challenges of our time.

Combining age-old nourishing wisdom with advances in fermentation and microbiome science, we’ve created Biotic Kvass – the next generation of probiotic beverages. Light, bright, and refreshingly tart, Biotic Kvass (kuh-voss) is craft fermented from wholefood-sourced organic ingredients to deliver prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics for daily gut health support. It makes feeding your microbiome a thirst-quenching pleasure.

The Kvass different:
- No refined sugar – our probiotics are fed by sliced organic carrots or beets
- A fraction of the Total Sugar – compared to leading probiotic beverages
- Fermented with diverse well-studied probiotic species – no yeast
- No alternative sweeteners, caffeine, alcohol or 'natural flavors'
- Clean, crisp and approachable flavors – no vinegar bite

Positive Impact:
- Certified B Corp, CCOF Organic and Verified Vegan
- Made with 100% renewable energy and carbon-neutral water
- Strong regional sourcing – 85% of ingredients by weight are grown in California
- Zero Food Waste – 100% of byproducts become food for regenerative grazed animals
