Patrick McGarraugh

As Director of Manufacturing, he oversee all ISO9001:2015 certified production and quality control practices at Biotium. He is devoted to ensuring that the products meet the best quality standards that guarantee their customers receive a consistent and conforming product every time they place an order. While directing the manufacturing department takes up a lot of his work, he still finds time to dig deep into the organic chemistry literature, and help develop novel fluorescent dyes with the rest of the R&D team. Prior to his work at Biotium, he earned his PhD in organic chemistry at the City University of New York.
