Allison Hicks

Allison Hicks has extensive experience in human resources management. Allison began their career as an HR Supervisor at USG in 2004 and later worked as an HR Manager at GM Nameplate. From 2011 to 2013, they served as an HR Manager at Armstrong World Industries. Allison then joined EVRAZ North America as an HR Manager in 2013 and was promoted to Senior HR Manager in 2015. In 2016, they joined BIOTRONIK as a Senior HR Manager and was eventually promoted to HR Director in 2019.

Allison Hicks earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing, Economics, and International Business from Miami University from 1999 to 2004.
