Bernhard Sembdner

Bernhard Sembdner has extensive work experience in the medical technology industry. Bernhard began their career at Marquette Hellige as a Sales Representative and Sales Specialist, where they focused on selling ECG, Holter ECG, and stress test equipment. Bernhard then joined BIOTRONIK as a Business Development/International Clinical Field Engineer, providing support, training, and product introductions. At BIOTRONIK, they also held various roles including Assistant to the Management Board, Marketing Manager for Home Monitoring, Regional Business Director for the Nordic region, and Director of Global Sales Excellence. In their current position at BIOTRONIK as the Director of Digital Sales Operation, they are responsible for leading and supporting global sales effectiveness initiatives, implementing KPIs and tools for sales performance, and supporting the change process to data-driven sales targeting and execution.

Bernhard Sembdner studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Applied Science Aachen from 1989 to 1993, earning a Dipl.Ing degree.
