Derek Hermes possesses extensive experience in the medical field, particularly in clinical management and technical services. Currently serving as the Field Clinical Manager for the Texas Region at BIOTRONIK since January 2013, Derek has also held the role of Senior Field Clinical Specialist and Field Trainer. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Technical Service Specialist at St. Jude Medical from July 2005 to December 2012 and as an Exercise Physiologist at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, where responsibilities included conducting stress tests and developing patient exercise plans. Derek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University, completing the program in 2004.
