Jonathan Chan

Jonathan Chan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT DevOps Manager for BIOTRONIK in the APAC and Japan regions since April 2018, where responsibilities include project management, regular project status updates, and assessments for new IT projects. Previously, Jonathan held the position of IT DevOps Lead at BIOTRONIK, emphasizing ITIL-based support and user advocacy. Prior to joining BIOTRONIK, Jonathan held significant roles at ams AG, Heptagon, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and AUO, with a strong focus on manufacturing execution systems, data maintenance, and operational support. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
