Marcel Spill

Marcel Spill is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Project Management Office in the Business Unit Cardiac Rhythm Management at BIOTRONIK since July 2021. In this role, Marcel oversees portfolio management and ensures project completion within budget and timelines. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager and Head of Business Development at Schaeffler, where responsibilities encompassed leading cross-functional programs, developing business strategies for the Wind Energy sector, and managing project offices across Europe. Additionally, Marcel served as Chief Technical Officer with the Bundeswehr, overseeing engineering operations and logistics. Education credentials include a Master of Engineering in Computer Aided Engineering and an MBA in Engineering Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering.
