Michael Burton is a Principal Technical Consultant at BIOTRONIK, with a diverse background in healthcare and technology spanning several decades. They began their career as a Computer Programmer and Hardware Analyst at MVIS, later transitioned to mechanical engineering roles, and held various positions in technical consulting and management at companies like Guidant/Boston Scientific and St. Jude Medical/Abbott. Currently pursuing degrees in Executive Leadership Studies at The University of Texas at Austin and Mechanical Engineering at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Michael also recently served as a NE Regional Director of Business Development at Octagos Health. Previously, they held roles at Ioptex Research and founded Mercury Micro Technologies as President.
