Previously, Claudio held the same title at Positivo Tecnologia from February 2006 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing logistics operations, managing a team of approximately 75 personnel, and ensuring compliance with performance indicators aligned with established service level agreements (SLAs). Claudio demonstrated expertise in budget planning, inventory management, and process innovation, contributing to significant operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives. With a solid educational foundation, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAESP - Faculdade Anchieta de Ensino Superior, Claudio has played a pivotal role in multiple logistical projects and implementations, including involvement in the integration of the SAP ERP system across various industrial applications.
