Kit Chong has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they served as a Mentor at 11K Consulting Ltd and was also a Real Estate Investor in the Residential Property sector. In 2019, they became a Mentor at Oddbox, and in 2020, they joined Transmit Startups as a Mentor. Later in 2020, Kit Chong became a Mentor at LogistCompare Ltd. In 2021, they took on the role of Investor at Master Plant. In 2022, they became a Non Executive Director at My Pickle CIC and a Trustee & Treasurer at FromRehabToLifeFoundation. Additionally, in the same year, they served as a Founder in Residence at ZINC. In 2023, Kit Chong co-founded BioTwin.

Kit Chong's education history includes obtaining a diploma in International Association of Professional PR Trainers-approved diploma from The London School of Public Relations in 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a BSc in Computer Science with a focus on Business Management at Queen Mary University of London from 2000 to 2003. Kit also completed A-Levels in Business Studies, Mathematics, and Computer Science at Palmer's College from 1998 to 2000. Their secondary education was completed at William Edwards School, where they obtained 13 GCSEs from 1993 to 1998.
