BioVerde Technologies (BVT) is the commercial arm of the Sarawak Biodiversity Council, dedicated to unlocking the economic potential of Sarawak’s unique biodiversity. We transform scientific research under the Sarawak Biodiversity Centre and beyond into sustainable products, services, and partnerships with global impact. 

Our work spans three core mandates:
➤ Commercialising intellectual property and brands – including Litsara®, AdenoSara®, MadhuSara® and future biodiversity-based products. 
➤ Developing and operating the Sarawak Bioindustrial Park – positioning it as a hub for biotechnology, sustainable industries, and global partnerships. 
➤ Managing and scaling scientific & analytical services – enabling industry and research communities to access high-quality biotech capabilities.

BVT is a mission-driven hybrid organisation: we balance revenue growth with biodiversity conservation, community empowerment, and socio-economic development. Our approach integrates indigenous partnerships, ESG principles, and globally recognised standards of responsible business — ensuring that Sarawak’s natural wealth benefits both local communities and global markets.
