Tom Lavis is currently the Marketing Director at BIOVIT, where they study synthetic versus natural nutrients and enhance organic multi-vitamin blends for food products. From 2017 to 2023, Tom served as Creative Director at Huxley, playing a key role in branding and growing the agency until its sale. They also founded Worthing & Beyond, a creative database project, during their tenure at Huxley. Earlier in their career, Tom held various roles at FatCat Records, including Head of PR & Radio, and worked in creative capacities at Lick Frozen Yogurt. They earned a BA (Hons) in Creative Studies in English from Bath Spa University from 2001 to 2004.
