Jesse Mitchell is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in desktop support and client services. Currently serving as IT Manager and Desktop Support Team Lead at BioWare since January 2020, Jesse has previously held leadership roles including Client Support Services Team Lead at Alberta Health Services, where responsibilities included enhancing team performance for the largest AHS site. Additionally, experience includes a managerial position at Oilers Entertainment Group during the transition to Rogers Place and a leadership role at the University of Alberta overseeing a Tier-2 Support Team.
