Karin Eichler

Karin Eichler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational learning, development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Learning and Development at BioWorks Inc. since January 2020, Karin also works as a Principal Consultant at Pulse Performance Solutions, where responsibilities include designing and delivering leadership development programs. In addition to these roles, Karin is an Adjunct Instructor at Monroe Community College and previously held the position of RN and Practice Administrator at Genesee Valley OB/GYN, P.C., overseeing administrative and HR functions. Karin's earlier experience includes serving as an RN, Quality Improvement Coordinator, and Risk Manager at Genesee Hospital, where contributions focused on quality improvement programs, team development, and accreditation.
