Byron Shields

Byron Shields has extensive experience in decision support and market research within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Decision Support at BioZyme Incorporated since December 2022, Byron previously held multiple leadership roles at Mosaic Life Care, including Director of Business Analytics and Market Research, Vice President of Market Research & Solution Center, and Director of Strategy and Market Research from October 2014 to December 2022. Prior to that, Byron was the Team Leader of Market Research at Heartland Regional Medical Center from July 2012 to October 2014, and spent 17 years at Heartland Health as a Market Research Analyst. Byron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Missouri Western State University, obtained between 1988 and 1990.
