Mark Archuleta

Mark Archuleta serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Business-Industry Political Action Committee (BIPAC). At BIPAC, he oversees financial operations, including budget analysis, employee payroll and benefits, tax compliance, and accounts payable and receivable. Mark joined BIPAC in 1986 and has thus served the organization for more than 30 years.

He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance. He additionally serves as the Treasurer for the Friends of Adam Smith Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that was created in 1990 by BIPAC and many of its members to support the ideals of free enterprise.
