Jantine van Lisdonk is a DEI researcher, strategic advisor, and perspective-shifting coach with extensive experience in LGBTI research and policy development. They founded the Flemish-Dutch Network of LGBTI Research and coordinated various research conferences from 2012 to 2020. Jantine completed a PhD in Sociology at VU University Amsterdam, where they focused on same-sex oriented youth in heteronormative societies. Currently, they serve as Research Director at Bi+ Equal and provide strategic advice on DEI and cultural matters at OpenVisions. Jantine's contributions include leading various qualitative and quantitative studies and advocating for sexual and gender diversity in policy and practice.
