Alex Chow possesses a diverse background in client engagement and training within various industries. From September 2010 to October 2016, Alex served as Chief Client Engagement Officer at KL Strategic Change Consulting Group, focusing on developing competitive excellence for organizations in the Asia Pacific region. Following this, Alex transitioned to Boss Solutions as an Application Trainer in August 2016 and has also held the role of Assistant Training Manager at BIPO since November 2020.
