Steve Giannini

Steve Giannini is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in corporate development and advisory services. As Managing Director and Co-founder of Alliance Network Group since August 2002, Steve has provided strategic guidance to over 40 clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Currently serving as Executive Director at Birch Infrastructure and Board Director at Alliance PR, Steve co-founded a marketing communications spinoff and offers operational support to marketing professionals. Notable past roles include President & CEO of Bright.md and Vice President at CNET Networks, where Steve led strategic alliances with major global partners. Steve's career in corporate strategy began at KPMG, where expertise in valuation and transactions was developed. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
