Michael Ryan

Michael Ryan has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Birch Resources since April 2018. Prior roles include Controller at Amplify Energy Corp from July 2017 to April 2018, and various positions including Director and Manager of Special Projects, as well as Lead Financial Analyst at Memorial Production Partners LP from November 2013 to June 2017. Michael's career began at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities as Assurance Manager spanned from 2008 to November 2013. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
