Aaron Chan

Aaron Chan is a Special Counsel at Bird & Bird, where they specialize in corporate transactional, financial services, and commercial advice since 2023. Practicing law since 2007, Aaron has extensive experience advising on major acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raisings, as well as assisting both listed and private companies, including start-ups. Prior to their current role, they were a Senior Lawyer at Watson Mangioni from 2014 to 2023 and held various positions at Piper Alderman from 2007 to 2009. Aaron earned their degree from the University of Sydney, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
