Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate M&A, currently serving as an Advokat/Associate at Bird & Bird since January 2021, after previously holding the same title from November 2016 to March 2020. Prior roles include Advokat at Horten's Corporate M&A department for a brief period in 2020 and participation as an Appeal Board Member for the Danish Sports Association from 2017 to 2019.
