Henry Everett

Henry Everett is an associate in the corporate team at Bird & Bird, providing legal counsel to financial investors and corporate clients since February 2023. Prior to this, Henry served as an associate at Clifford Chance from August 2019 to February 2023, also focusing on corporate advisory. Henry has extensive experience in finance, having held the position of Finance Manager for Acquisitions and Analysis at Bunzl plc in late 2018 and working as a Manager in Corporate Finance - Transaction Services at Deloitte from 2009 to 2017, where involvement included audit and assurance in various sectors such as oil and gas and renewable energy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) and Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from BPP Law School, an ACA qualification from ICAEW, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from the University of Warwick. A brief internship at RBS in Global Banking and Markets completed earlier professional experience.
