Mark Day is a Senior Associate in Intellectual Property at Bird & Bird, having advanced through roles as an Associate and Trainee Solicitor since joining in August 2017. Prior to this, Mark conducted a PhD at the University of Warwick in collaboration with Syngenta, focusing on the environmental impacts of crop protection products from October 2011 to July 2015. Mark holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford, a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP Law School, and a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from BPP Law School. Mark completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences with Molecular Genetics at the University of Warwick.
