Mark Holah

Mark Holah is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in trade mark and brand protection. Currently a Partner at Bird & Bird since January 2015, Mark has previously held prominent positions such as Consultant at Sipara and Partner at Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, where leadership of the trade mark and brand protection group was undertaken. Mark's legal career began at DLA, progressing from Trainee to Associate from September 1994 to November 2000. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Law from the University of Nottingham, earned between 1989 and 1992.
