Ruby Dastur

Ruby Dastur is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Bird & Bird since November 2018, Ruby has previously held managerial positions in multiple organizations, including Human Resources Manager at APJ Management and Bulldozer Group, and played a key role in corporate services at Danzas AEI. Ruby's career in human resources began with a significant tenure as Head of Human Resources at Madar Emirates for Building Materials and has roots in project coordination at J&S3 and Pegasus Holdings LLC. Ruby holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Greenwich University, further solidifying expertise in the field.
