Suzanne Flint

Suzanne Flint currently serves as the Office Manager at Bird & Bird since August 2023, following a role as Secretary/Research Assistant for The Hon. Bronnie Taylor MLC in the Parliament of NSW. Previously, Suzanne held the position of Executive Officer to the NSW State Minister in The Office of the Hon. Bronnie Taylor MLC, managing various portfolios including Women, Regional Health, and Mental Health. Suzanne has extensive experience in the corporate sector, having worked as Practice Coordinator in the Commercial division at Bird & Bird and as a Consultant at Suzanne Flint Consulting Services, where strategic solutions were developed for business challenges. Early career positions include Intern Counsellor roles at JNI Counselling Clinic and St Vincent de Paul Society, and volunteering as a Youth Mentor at Raise Foundation. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Counselling and Human Change from Jansen Newman Institute and a Diploma in Journalism from Macleay College.
