Chris Holtz is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction management and estimation for large commercial and institutional projects. Currently serving as the Manager of Preconstruction at Bird Construction since November 2023, Chris provides oversight on estimating, budgeting, schedule management, and client relations throughout the preconstruction phase. Previously, Chris held the position of Senior Estimator at Graham and Stuart Olson Inc., where responsibilities included full cycle preconstruction and project estimation for significant building projects.
