Connie Lemay

Connie LeMay serves as Senior Manager of Operational Learning and Development at Bird Construction since November 2021. Previously, Connie held roles at PCL Construction, including Manager of Technical Curriculum and Educational Researcher for Technical Curriculum, where responsibilities included the design and development of operational learning products and the creation of a technical framework for construction-related education. Additional experience includes serving as an Educational Researcher for Edmonton Police Services, focusing on leadership and technical competencies, and as a Technical Assistance Consultant for the Alberta Home Visitation Network Association. Connie began professional contributions as a Community Needs Assessment Consultant at Edmonton Community Adult Learning Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Science in Human Ecology from the University of Alberta and a Diploma of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of Calgary.
