David Thomas

David Thomas is currently working as a Cost & Risk Manager at Bird Construction since March 2018. Prior to that, David held the same position at Carillion Canada Inc. from April 2011 to March 2018 and started their career as a Project Quantity Surveyor at CARILLION CONSTRUCTION LIMITED from October 2005 to April 2011. David studied Bachelor of Science in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying at Loughborough University from 2001 to 2006.
