Dillon Shepherd

Dillon Shepherd has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the VDC Manager at Bird Construction since January 2020, with previous roles as a Virtual Design Construction Coordinator and Lead VDC Coordinator. Prior to that, Dillon held the position of Project Controls Coordinator at Carlson Construction Ltd. from October 2019 to January 2020, and spent over three years at Stuart Olson Inc. as the Lead Virtual Design and Construction Project Coordinator. Dillon also worked as an HVAC Project Manager at Fuller Austin from January 2012 to April 2016, and began a career in the field as a Sheetmetal Worker-Apprentice and Journeyman at Prairie Metals from 2005 to 2009. Educationally, Dillon earned a Journeyman certification in Sheet Metal Technology/Sheetworking from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) between 2004 and 2011, building on prior studies in Telecommunications Engineering at NAIT from 2003 to 2004.
