Ebony James

Ebony James, CTDP, ITIL, and Prosci®️, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of People and Culture. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Bird Construction since February 2024, Ebony previously held roles such as Manager of People & Culture and Global Learning & Performance Consultant at Apotex Inc. from May 2018 to November 2023. Earlier positions include Learning Business Manager at Rogers Communications, Instructional Designer at CAA South Central Ontario, and Field Training Specialist at Silpada Designs. Ebony's career began as a Training Specialist at Aditya Birla Minacs and a Training Associate at Whirlpool Corporation. Education includes studies at Sheridan College between 2007 and 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Brock University, expected to be completed in July 2024.
